Buckingham Palace

Before they could end their time in London, my parents made sure to visit Buckingham Palace. It is the official London residence of the British monarch dating back to 1703. The Queen of England spends most of her time between Windsor and Buckingham. Unfortunately, Buckingham Palace was closed starting at the beginning of October for winter. So my parents only got a view from the outside.


If you look closely, you can see inside the little box on the left side is a Beefeater that protects the palace.
For some reason, he did not have on his usual red uniform. Oh well, the palace is a sight to see even from the outside.
