That's my chair

While I was sitting in my favorite chair, Barclay thought he would hop up and sit next to me. What he doesn't realize is that I'm a big dog and there's not enough room for us both. As you can tell from the photo, I kept my back legs on the chair, but had to move my front legs to give him some space. It wasn't very comfortable for me, but he seemed pretty happy. I guess you have to be considerate of friends and family, even when you don't want to. I have to say that it's fun playing with Barclay for a while, but I'm glad to have my own home all to myself. I sure hope my parents aren't thinking about having a baby anytime soon or adopting another puppy. (Mom says maybe in 2011 so I've got plenty of time to change her mind and make her delay a bit longer.) I think I'm better off as a only child! Don't you think?
