Hanging with my Grandparents

While my parents vacationed in San Antonio for their Anniversary, I stayed with my Grandparents - Don & Diana. Both of them would take me for a walk TWICE a day! It was amazing. We had a cool route that went all the way to Walgreens. There were tons of cars zooming by, but my grandparents taught me how to walk next to their left side. That way I was safe from harm. Here I am with my Grandpa Don in their front yard. Hey....where is Toby?

My New Bone

Hey everyone! I'm back home. Just wanted to show you one of my favorite treats. My parents got me this huge bone. I could play with it for hours. I spend time throwing it in the air, hiding it in places, and chewing on it. It is awesome as you can probably tell by the photo. It even leaves a cool white mustache!

Happy Anniversary, Mom & Dad!

For you loyal blog watchers, I am sorry to inform you that I will be gone for a short while. My parents have been married for one year as of October 22nd. Therefore, they are going to celebrate in San Antonio. I get to go half way there to Dallas. I am going to visit my grandparents on the Burk side, Don and Diana, AND my friend, Toby. I know he is excited. He loves when I run circles around him, jump over his back, and pester him to no end. I bet he has been counting down the days to our visit just like I have. Well, either way, I will not be in front of my computer to post blog spots. But don't worry, I will take photos and let you have tons of updates on my visits. See you all soon!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MOM & DAD!!!
(P.S. Here is a picture of my parents 1 year ago on their special day!)

Conquering the World

Sawyer thinks that someday his blog will be an international hit. Then he can conquer the world! However, he can be a little timid...therefore Ryan and Scott tried to acquaint him with the world map. He's still a work in progress.

Note to Self

Ducks can be really fun to chase!! I love it when they get their feathers ruffled!! Sometimes my parents let me do a surprise attack on them. Usually they are too fast, but I'm getting bigger! Someday, they will shake in their boots!

We found them!!!

We searched far and wide for the little ducks in the pond. We could hardly contain our excitement when we discovered them! In fact, we didn't just find one or two. We hit the jackpot!! There were almost too many ducks that I eventually had to come to JJ's rescue! What would she do without me!! Now she knows the value of a dog..the protector!!!

Going on a Duck Hunt

JJ loves to feed the ducks. She went on Saturday night when she first got here, but they were no where to be found. We decided they were either taking a bath or sleeping. So, the next morning we bounded out of bed bright and early and went on a duck hunt! Where, oh where, can the little ducks be?!?

Oooo...Soft Puppy

Last time JJ visited, she was too scared to pet me. This time, she was a lot braver!! She started off petting my tail. Then she quickly realized that my ears are so soft!! I love it when people pet me! My favorite is when they scratch behind my ears. I'll have to train JJ in the future!!

"He's a good dog!!"

JJ kept reminding everyone that I was a "good day." Everyone would get anxious when I would run circles around JJ and almost knock her over. She knew I didn't want to hurt her. JJ knows I love her and that I am excited every time she comes to visit!! Thanks for the encouragement!

Chillin'

Here's JJ and I chillin' on the couch! Like I said, she wasn't scared of me this time. She let me sit right next to her. She also gave me treats!!!! She finally resorted to throwing them to me since I kept putting her whole hand in my mouth to get the treat. For some reason, she didn't like it much!! At least we got to hang out!!
